Revision Log

The Continuum Accord
P20XX: A Civic Framework for Constitutional Renewal

The Continuum Accord is being developed as a living public framework.

This revision log will track meaningful updates, corrections, clarifications, public-feedback responses, expert-review responses, and other changes made as the framework develops.

The purpose of this page is to make revision visible, disciplined, and accountable.

Why revision tracking matters

A serious public framework should not pretend to be finished before the work is ready.

As The Continuum Accord develops, some sections may be clarified, corrected, expanded, narrowed, reorganized, or revised in response to public feedback, expert review, source verification, legal analysis, fiscal review, or internal correction.

The revision log exists so readers can see how the framework changes over time and why those changes were made.

Correction

A correction fixes an error, inaccurate statement, incomplete claim, outdated reference, broken link, formatting issue, or other mistake.

Clarification

A clarification improves wording, structure, explanation, or readability without materially changing the framework’s position.

Substantive revision

A substantive revision changes, expands, narrows, reorganizes, or materially adjusts a framework section, recommendation, concept, or classification.

Rejected revision

A rejected revision records feedback or a proposed change that was reviewed but not adopted.

Rejected feedback may still be useful. The purpose of tracking rejection is not to dismiss critique, but to preserve the reasoning behind major editorial decisions.

Deferred question

A deferred question identifies an issue that requires additional research, review, sourcing, legal analysis, fiscal analysis, public feedback, or expert input before a decision can be made.

Source update

A source update records citation development, source replacement, source correction, or the addition of stronger supporting references.

Legal review note

A legal review note identifies an issue involving constitutional authority, statutory authority, judicial doctrine, implementation classification, agency authority, federalism, rights, due process, or other legal constraints.

Fiscal review note

A fiscal review note identifies an issue involving cost, revenue, budget effect, administrative burden, staffing, implementation capacity, or fiscal feasibility.

Public feedback response

A public feedback response records a change, clarification, deferral, or rejection based on public input.

Expert review response

An expert review response records a change, clarification, deferral, or rejection based on review from a relevant professional, scholar, practitioner, or subject-matter expert.
